GB Wholesale Staff Alerts are automated operational text messages sent by GB Wholesale LLC only to its own staff (salespeople and managers) who have opted in, to tell them when a customer has been assigned to them. Messages are generated by our internal sales-floor software (CommandLot). We never send messages to customers or the public through this program and send no marketing or promotional content.
When a staff member signs the SMS Consent Form, we collect their name and mobile phone number and record their consent. We also keep a record of messages sent, delivery status, and replies (such as STOP, HELP, 1 or 2) so assignments work and opt-outs are honored.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages (such as our telecommunications provider, Twilio) and only for that purpose, or when required by law.
Message frequency varies with sales-floor activity, typically a few messages per shift. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one confirmation, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask your manager to turn alerts off for you.
Phone numbers and message records are stored on secured servers with access limited to authorized personnel. Records are kept only as long as needed to operate the service or as required by law.
