Description: Automated operational text messages sent only to GB Wholesale LLC staff (salespeople and managers) who have opted in, notifying them when a customer has been assigned to them. Messages may include the customer's first name, a short note (for example, “at the front desk”), a reminder if the customer is still waiting, and prompts to reply 1 if you're on your way or 2 to pass the customer to the next person.
During onboarding, staff sign the GB Wholesale Staff Alerts SMS Consent Form, writing in their own mobile number and checking a consent box that is unchecked by default. Staff may also opt in by texting START to the program number. Consent is not a condition of employment. Consent is given only to GB Wholesale LLC and is not shared with any other company.
Message frequency varies with sales-floor activity, typically a few messages per shift.
